About Kayla
I used to manage a small cafe where I did all the meal preparation and menu designs. I am now a qualified Pilates Instructor with experience in setting and planning a healthy vegetarian diet plan for my clients to reach their optimum levels of energy for daily exercise routines. I have also organised informal, social dinner parties for friends to enjoy. I love cooking at home and would like to share my enthusiasm with individuals who want to learn more about Vegetarianism.

I aim to create well balanced healthy meals for day-to-day living. The course will begin with 5 quick and easy dinners that are cost effective and on the table within 30 minutes. We will then do 5 easy lunches that can be pre-prepared and taken to work for optimum alertness while at your desk. As a special bonus lesson in the final lesson we'll plan and organise an informal, social vegetarian dinner party for 4 or more guests.
I aim to teach groups or individuals who are interested in the topic and would like to learn how to cook good Vegetarian food.
