About Agnes
Hello!
I am a local postgraduate student who is passionately studying all aspects of counseling and psychotherapy to one day become a reliable mental health counselor and practitioner.
I am excited to deliver effective lessons to students of all ages, as I KNOW every student has a twinkle of genius in them - and maybe they haven't found it yet because of conventional teaching methods that just don't facilitate learning for THEM!!
I believe in listening to my students' learning needs, and feel immense pride and joy when breakthroughs happen.

With my background in psychology and over 5 years of private tutoring experience, I believe I have honed my lesson styles and structures for all students of different ages, skill levels, and mental/developmental conditions (including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, Global Learning Delay, etc).
My lessons are goal-oriented and focused on helping students to discover and leverage their strengths in order to work on areas of improvement. I utilise evidence-based methods of teaching, and I am always open to updating and improving my style!
