Ich kenne Samuel schon seit über 15 Jahren und schätze seine Kreativität und Leidenschaft als Koch. Seine Liebe zum Detail und sein fundiertes Fach- und Hintergrundwissen zu hochwertigen Lebensmitteln und den Techniken der Kochkunst gibt er liebend gerne und geduldig weiter. Von ausgedehnten Grillsessions mit besten Steaks über eine simple Pasta mit frischen Zutaten vom Markt bis hin zur knackigen Kruste der Crème Brûlée durfte ich schon viele Male von Samuels know how lernen. Ein Highlight ist auch die gemeinsame Entdeckungstour auf dem Markt oder der Besuch bei Samuels Metzger des Vertrauens, da man hierbei viel über regionale Produkte und die heimische Esskultur lernt. Ich kann einen Kochkurs mit Samuel nur empfehlen. Seine Liebe zu guten Lebensmitteln machen das Kochen zum Erlebnis und durch seine lockere und aufgeschlossene Art hat man immer jede Menge Spaß!
Samuel ist ein super Lehrer und seine Küche ist einfach magisch!!!!!
Er ist sehr geduldig und bodenständig obwohl er mit den besten Lehrer zusammengekocht hat.
