About Afsheen
I have a B.S. in Business/Statistics from UC San Diego and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California. I currently work as a Quality Improvement Program Manager at a community health clinic. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out, training martial arts, cooking and traveling.

My teaching method comes down to understanding the student's learning style and then customizing my teaching method based on how the student learns naturally. I also like to make teaching and learning a fun, but challenging activity. I focus on a student's self esteem and building their confidence so that they feel comfortable with making mistakes, but especially learning from them. After all, there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
