About Lauren
I am currently working as a high school mathematics teacher at one of the top private schools in New York City. I previously have worked teaching math at a local middle school as well. I graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in pure mathematics. During my time in college, I ran the quantitative support tutoring lab and worked as a teacher's assistant for various math courses. Additionally, I served as a private tutor in my university for students with learning disabilities. I have experience teaching math to students from 5th grade to freshman year of college with professional experience as a teacher for grades 5-12. I am able to work with students of all levels and customize my lessons to fit the students' needs.
