About Derek
I am a professional photographer in Sydney since 2009 with a wide range of experience from corporate events, editorial, fashion and real estate. I have been teaching photography to small groups for over a year. I am a graduate from the UNSW College of Fine Art.

My teaching methodology is very hands-on and interactive. I like to simplify complex concepts as much as possible and free up the creative and fun process of photography for all of those I teach! I will also take time to tailor the course to meet student requirements depending on their level of existing experience.
