About Mahi
Dear students,
I am a graphic designer and illustrator who graduated from the University of Sharjah's Graphic Design and Multimedia program. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Digital Communication in Basel, Switzerland.
As your tutor, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with you. I believe that creativity and practical skills are essential to succeed in the field of graphic design, and I am committed to helping you develop these qualities through collaborative and student-centered learning.
Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various areas of graphic design, including photography, videography, branding, typography, illustration, and web design. I bring this real-world experience into the classroom to help you develop the skills you need to succeed in your future careers.
In addition to my work as a designer, I am also a dedicated learner. My pursuit of a Master's degree in digital communication reflects my commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. As a tutor, my approach is student-centered and collaborative. I believe in creating an open and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and engaging in discussion. As a graphic designer, I bring my real-world experience into the classroom to help students develop practical skills that will prepare them for their future careers. I believe that creativity is key to success in this field, so I encourage my students to experiment with different techniques and approaches in their design work.
As a master's student in digital communication, I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge in this field. I share this knowledge with my students through lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities that allow them to apply what they have learned in a practical way. I also encourage my students to engage in independent research and exploration, as I believe that self-directed learning is crucial to becoming a successful designer.
Overall, my goal as a tutor is to empower my students to become confident and skilled designers who are able to think critically, creatively, and strategically.
