About Douglas
I am Mr Kerr, an ex teacher that still loves to help people learn, especially those looking for extra help in their understanding of science and maths.
I understand science can be a difficult subject (and maybe even one you don’t find as interesting as your other subjects), but that doesn’t mean you can’t be successful in achieving good grades to set you up for your future.

My main focus is identifying areas where knowledge is lacking or a skill hasn’t been practiced sufficiently and then give guidance and a framework with a view to making those weaknesses into strengths.
I have had students of all abilities during my career and have a range of ideas how best to support each student as an individual, adjusting to their knowledge level and ability to make the most progress possible.
