Award winning undergraduate researcher in the Biology Distinguished Majors Program at the University of Virginia.
Wonder and awe live at the core of my relationship to biology. Enthusiasm and relatability set me apart as a tutor.
The experience of learning biology should not include sifting through textbook pages that make no sense or being overwhelmed by long lists to memorize. Although learning requires hard work, biology provides profound opportunities to experience life-giving senses of fascination and amazement.
Biology is the science of life -- a journey through millennia that teaches us how the magnificent world around us came to be, and how it sustains itself. Connecting the mysteries of the molecular to the majesty of vibrant ecosystems not only serves us academically and professionally, but it can enrich our lives with deep fulfillment, curiosity, and passion
