About Emma
I have experience in sports coaching which allowed younger secondary school children to develop their skills week by week. I believe the same ability to teach can be applied to multiple subjects.
I have also volunteered with Royal Voluntary Service for 3 years, giving me skills such as patience, punctuality and perseverance.
I also have a full DBS check.
Personally, I am a warm, approachable person, whilst making lessons structured and fun! Students learn best when they are enjoying themselves.

I have a strong background in maths at lower level teaching, having completed GCSE Statistics a year early and gaining an A*, Mathematics GCSE at A* and Further Maths Advanced GCSE at A. I have also gained A level Maths and I am currently studying at the University of Birmingham.
I am happy to teach primary school children and secondary school up to GCSE.
Depending on your requirements, I am flexible and able to adjust and I will ensure the correct syllabus and any exam boards are followed, accompanied by structured learning materials.
