I am a university student currently undergoing a degree in primary special education. I have been helping peers in my classes for years, but have had no professional experience. Everyone who I have taught has understood the concept they were struggling with and have been able to implement the strategies I have given.

Hi, my name is Rachel Jansen and I am currently undergoing a University degree in Primary Special Education. My teaching method is very hands on and changes for each student depending on what they need. I focus on the student and their improvements rather than their failure and am always looking to help them grow. A lesson will start by looking at what the student has worked on previously and then transition into going through thing they have been struggling. If there is still time we will look at upcoming topics and give a brief idea of what the new topic is about.
