About Carson
I’ve taken and scored well in all Advanced Placement math courses my school offers. Such as AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP Physics I, and AP Physics II. I scored a 790 on the SAT math section in 2023, and have consistently scored well in all math standardized exams. I’ve spent great amounts of time tutoring fellow students at my high school’s tutoring center, and have since gained effective tactics to allow students more effectively understand various concepts.

As a recent High School Graduate- I’m able to connect with students on a more personal level. I’ve learned how to explain complex topics in a simple manner for a more effective understanding. I would allow a student to pick out topics and/or problems which are confusing them- especially those which may take place on a standardized exam (such as the SAT/ACT), and would explain those concepts until a student feels a great conceptual understanding. In following lessons, I would continue to test the students knowledge, to ensure recently learned subjects are hammered in successfully.
