About Matei Anthony
I have been teaching computer programming for 4 years.
Numerous students undertook Programming degrees as a result of our work together.
I come from Romania were I've taken part in over 50 national programming and computer science competitions. One of my best results is a bronze medal at the National Informatics Olympiad. Recently, I re-discovered my passion for teaching by working as a maths teacher for primary school children at their after school maths club.

I am a firm believer in active learning. Research shows that learning with the opportunity to ask questions and get involved along the way is more effective than simply listening, reading, or even watching videos. My aim with each student is to assess their needs and incorporate various methods, tailored towards the student's needs, that ensure learning is taking place in a pleasant environment.
