About Anastasia
I am a recent University of Oxford graduate with BA Hons in Economics and Management. During my time at university I did online tutoring and prepared a high school student to pass her IB Mathematics and Physics exam resits after she struggled to pass them. After four months online course (to cover two years of material) she was able to pass her examinations, received her IB diploma and started her course at a university. I also provided IB Physics and university applications help to another student, who as a result got an offer and proceeded to study Business in the Hanze University of applied sciences in Groningen.
In high school I worked with my school's Physics and Chemistry lab assistant, helping her to design engaging experiments for high and middle school students as well as trained our Maths team for international competitions.

I provide learning experiences tailored to the student's individual needs. During the meeting session I establish the goals of the student as well as their strengths and weaknesses and hence structure the course accordingly. My lessons usually include explanations of the concept in focus, solving example problems with the student and then setting a few revision problems, which I would mark in my spare time.
I really enjoy the subjects I teach and can spark student's interest by providing real life examples and applications of the taught concept.
