About Liew
Hi! I'm currently a Biomedicine student at the University of Melbourne with a strong interest in mathematics and a passion for helping others learn. Having studied A-Level and IGCSE Mathematics, I understand that math can sometimes feel challenging, but I believe that with the right guidance and encouragement, every student can improve.
Through my experience volunteering as an HSC Math Advanced tutor, I discovered how rewarding it is to help students understand difficult concepts and grow more confident in their abilities. I aim to make my lessons approachable, engaging and tailored to each student's needs, creating a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and learn at their own pace.

My approach to tutoring focuses on building a strong understanding of mathematical concepts while helping students develop confidence in their problem-solving abilities. I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
Lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, combining clear explanations, step-by-step guidance and practice questions to reinforce understanding and improve exam preparation.
I am currently studying Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne and have completed A-Level Mathematics, IGCSE Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. I also have experience volunteering as a tutor for HSC Mathematics Advanced, where I supported students in developing their mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are suitable for secondary school students seeking additional support, exam preparation or greater confidence in mathematics.
