About Bethan
I have previously worked in a Secondary School in Oxfordshire, providing one-on-one assistance in GCSE maths. I have experience with students of all abilities, including those with learning difficulties and disabilities (SEND students). I have been working with students since 2016 and have seen great improvement in all of my students throughout my time. I have tutored several GCSE maths students who have increased their grade throughout the year. I, myself, was tutored for GCSE and so I have an understanding of how a tutor can be utilised so that the student achieves their greatest result.

My teaching method is based on practical application, I believe that working together and slowly increasing my students independence to comply work on their own will not only build confidence but also ability. I use revision books, past exam papers and my own tests to develop students understanding of Maths.
