About Julia
I want to teach English because I love helping others succeed in their studies, careers, and personal goals. English is such a valuable skill in so many fields, and being able to support students in developing confidence and mastery is incredibly rewarding.
I enjoy helping students learn another language, break down complex concepts, and reach their full potential. Working with university students in particular is exciting, as I can guide them to achieve their academic goals, improve their writing and communication, and build the skills they’ll need for future success.
Seeing students grow, gain confidence, and accomplish what they once thought was challenging is what makes teaching English so fulfilling for me.

My tutoring style is friendly, supportive, and tailored to each student. I aim to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.
I focus on clear, practical teaching, breaking down complex topics into simple, manageable steps. Lessons are interactive and adapted to how each student learns best, whether that’s through discussion, examples, or hands-on practice. I place a strong emphasis on understanding, not just memorising.
Lessons typically last 30 - 60 minutes, but I’m happy to be flexible depending on your needs and goals.
I’m a university graduate with strong experience in university-level English. I support students with coursework, exam preparation, and improving academic writing and communication skills.
My lessons are ideal for university students, mature learners, persons beginning to learn English, or anyone preparing for higher education who wants to strengthen their English skills. All lessons are online, making them easy to fit around your schedule.
