Hi! I’m Vu, a University of Calgary Mathematics graduate with tutoring experience since 2017. I specialize in high school math, including Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Algebra, and I enjoy helping students build confidence and improve their understanding step by step. I offer both online and in-person lessons in Vancouver and nearby areas.

My lessons are focused on helping students truly understand the core ideas behind each concept instead of just memorizing formulas. I try to create a patient and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger way of thinking through math.

Vu was my tutor a few years ago back when I was in Calgary. Surely not the upbeat type, but still super chill and patient to me. His explanation was very easy to understand, and it did helped my 30-1 grade go up from 70 to 86. (Thanks dude btw!)
