About Abdulsattar
Hi everyone!
I am a second year University of Birmingham medic looking to tutor biology, chemistry and physics, at secondary school level, GCSE and A-level.
I attended a grammar school where I got 9 9s and 1 8 (all 9s in sciences and maths). I also got 3 A*s in biology, chemistry, and physics.
I went to one of the best schools in the UK: King Edward VI Camp Hill boys. A lot of my teaching methods are based off of what the best teachers there have used to help me achieve my grades.

Going to a grammar school has meant I have received a high standard of teaching, and it's these methods that helped me achieve my grades that I can implement in teaching my students.
I prioritise understanding rather than thoughtlessly shoving information into your head. To understand the content as processes and mechanisms makes for a far more efficient way to learn, and improves retention of that information. I am quite flexible with homework, it can be as much or as little as you like (within reason), and will adjust my lessons to fit this.
