About Jack
Hello. I'm a first year Engineering student who enjoys learning and teaching math. I'd like to say that I try to teach all my students not just how to solve the problems at hand, but the underlying concepts of why it relates to the world and how it can be used on a fundamental level.
I know that everyone learns and understand things differently and I am constantly adjusting my teaching method both on a general level and in the unique method I use with each student. And while there's nothing that makes me happier then hearing that my tutoring has helped, I am always open to feedback and willing to make the changes necessary if things aren't going as planned.

I am open to request on what the student would like to work. I have experience teaching a Year 9 Maths student for one hour. Usually a lesson would consist of working through any homework, taking care the concepts behind them are fully understood and not just answering the questions. I would then move on to working ahead in material or reinforcing a vulnerability I have found in the first section.
