About Michael
I've been an Athlete for Countless years and have taken part in a variety of sports! For example: Football, Basketball, Track and Field (Athletics), Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Ironman Triathlons, American Football and more.
I've helped friends and Family reach their goals which range from: Weight loss, Muscle gain, Definition, Improvement of physical wellbeing, Aesthetics and sport specific Goals and more.

My teaching method is analyzing past behaviour and nutrition habits with the student, afterwards pointing out the common mistakes being made. After Which I provide a list of healthy alternative options tips and tricks that the student can use to adapt and change their negative habits. The student then has the opportunity to create a new regimen that will help them reach their desired goals. Not only that but I ensure that the new Dietary plan created is equally sustainable as it is effective!
