About Saptaswa
I am a third-year undergraduate student in Microbiology at St. Xavier's College Kolkata. Science is my passion and the biological world, both micro and macroscopic, intrigues me. Although I mainly deal with Petri dishes and safety cabinets, my interest areas also include Biochemistry and the Biology of the cell. So as a man of science, I aim to instill the same fascination for science in my students as myself. I believe my classes will help the students realize this and allow me to build a strong foundation in science amongst my students.

As a student myself, I am pretty straightforward with my teachings and focus more on concept building rather than plain rote learning. I prefer to explain the topics in the same way as I understand them, thus keeping the classes lucid and easy to grasp. My questionnaires would require the students to think out of the box. My classes would be directed towards the primary school students, especially classes 9 and 10, although other classes are also welcome.

Saptaswa is very good at teaching science group especially biology. His teaching of complex concepts and topics into simple, comprehendable form is really commendable. It boosts students' confidence to perform their best in exams.
Saptaswa is a very earnest and hardworking teacher. His grasp on the fundamental concepts is very strong and his explanations very succinct which makes everything he teaches afterwards much easier to follow. He frequently uses analogies which make those key points easier to remember. He's a detail oriented and patient teacher, and I have had a very wonderful experience learning from him.
