About Ava
I received the top 3 prize in economics in my high school, was a finalist at the Bretton Woods International Economics Competition, and a national figure skater representing Singapore! Fun fact, I started my own non-profit at 13 years old and created a design President Zelenskyy wore that was featured in the New York Times ((concealed information)
I have tutored over ~40 students since 2024. In that time, I have taken on students with special needs—particularly kindergarten children who have learning challenges such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism and speech impediments. Through this process, I have adapted my teaching style to not only help students learn, but learn how to learn best. Furthermore, tutoring over 20 students in IB and IGCSE, I am confident to say that my students have all attained an A or L6 equivalent and above.
