Undergraduate student at the university of Oxford teaching Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry GCSE and A level online.

Eleanor tutored my son in physics, and she was truly an outstanding teacher. Physics requires a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving, and I was consistently impressed by Eleanor’s ability to explain both the mathematical and scientific concepts clearly and make difficult material feel approachable.

I often overheard their lessons, and what stood out to me was Eleanor’s ability to connect with him and explain complex concepts in ways that were clear, relatable, and easy to understand. If he didn’t understand something, she never simply repeated the same explanation. She would approach it from a different angle or use an example that made the concept click.

What I appreciated most was that Eleanor did more than help him understand the material. She gave him confidence, motivation, and a genuine appreciation for physics. He began to really enjoy learning the subject, looked forward to every lesson with her, and wanted to continue working with her.

Eleanor has that rare combination of deep knowledge, patience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine talent for teaching. We feel very fortunate to have found her, and I would recommend her without hesitation to any student looking for an exceptional tutor.
