About Ambrose
Hi, I am Ambrose, and I am currently reading Economics and Economic History in LSE. I am originally from Hong Kong, but I have studied in the UK for the past five years, where I did my GCSEs and A-Levels. I have achieved A*s for GCSE Maths, Further Maths, and A Level Maths, thus am confident to help improve your grades.
I first started enjoying teaching when volunteering at a primary school, where I was the teaching assistant for English and Maths. I enjoyed how my knowledge and passion can help students to be more curious to learn more, and also how my knowledge can help students tackle problems and grow their confidence in their subjects.
While lessons are academic-oriented, I will incorporate more fun elements to lessons, and will also hope to establish a more personal relationship with my tutees, which I think is the essence of teaching.

Expect lessons to be interactive, challenging but rewarding. I will work with the student to firstly build on the basics, gain confidence on the topic, then slowly incorporate more difficult questions into our lessons that will cover more than one big topic. I have achieved A* for GCSE and A-Level Maths and am confident to help you improve your grades.
I am originally from Hong Kong, meaning I am also comfortable with teaching in Cantonese.
