About Katharine
i am an undergraduate student, currently studying criminology, but with a real passion for history and sociology. i studied history at GCSE and A-Level and received high grades at both levels, whilst also studying sociology at alevel, and it forming a core part of my undergrad degree. I come from schools which prioritise academic success, which helped me learn ways and strategies to remember information well

My teaching method focuses upon developing memorisation techniques, as the majority of exams now are unseen questions without the opportunity to take work into the exam hall, i believe it is essential to develop ways of remembering information accurately to always provide evidence for arguments being made. i base each lesson upon what the student believes they need the most help on, and i try to approach each topic with enthusiasm to turn subjects and learning into fun and positive experiences.
