I like to start with an ice breaker at the beginning of lessons. I believe that this brings good energy in the lesson. Then, I would start on the topic that we are talking about with starting off with what they know about the topic already. I begin to teach it and I would give the student practice problems. At the end, I would play a game with the student to see what they got from the lesson. These lessons are for elementary and middle school students.
