About Maya
I have 4+ years of tutoring experience in Math and Science, specifically Chemistry and AP Chemistry. I study Applied Mathematics as well as classes in Behavioral Science and Neuroscience so I have a strong grasp on those topics. I am also a quick learner and usually request my students to send their class notes and/or homework a few days ahead of our sessions in order for me to properly prepare for our session.

I love working with kids, I've been tutoring since high school and have been a babysitter since 9th grade. I'm a quick learner and enjoy working with students to develop an understanding of various subjects.
