- I aim to make lessons interactive, incorporating conversation, role plays, and real-life scenarios. For example, we might discuss current events, practice speaking English in various social contexts, or engage in debates to improve fluency.
- Warm-up (5–10 minutes):
This part helps students get comfortable and engaged. It could be a quick conversation about their day, a review of the previous lesson, or a fun language game.
- LESSON PLAN Introduction to the Topic (10 minutes):
I'll introduce the main theme of the lesson, whether it's a specific grammar topic , vocabulary, or skill-building activity.
Main Activity (20–25 minutes):
Depending on the focus of the lesson, this could be a reading comprehension exercise, a writing task, or an interactive speaking session. For example, we might read an article and then discuss it, or I might ask the student to write a short paragraph while focusing on specific language structures.
Practical Application (10–15 minutes):
This is where I give students the opportunity to apply what they've learned through conversations, role-playing, or real-world scenarios. For example, if the lesson is on polite requests, we'll practice making requests in different settings.
Wrap-up and Feedback (5 minutes):
I review the key points of the lesson and offer constructive feedback. I also give students homework or activities to reinforce what they’ve learned.
