About Sadie
I am currently studying at university to become a primary teacher. I have already completed a level 3 CACHE child care and education early years educator course at college, coming out with an overall grade B. Throughout the lockdown, I tutored my siblings to support them in being successful in their upcoming SAT's. In April, I completed a placement with a year 3 classroom and enjoyed every minute of it. Teaching is something I was born to do and I hope to help build confidence and skills in children to allow them to achieve the best they possibly can!

I am passionate about helping students become skilled in English. A huge part of this comes from being confident in yourself and your capabilities, not being pressured by the teacher to know the answer immediately or get it correct straight away. Being a tutor, it is vital your child feels comfortable to ask for help and doesn't feel pressured during the sessions. This is something I had to overcome for my exams and having confidence improved my grades significantly! Being a trainee teacher, I have so far completed 7 different placements and also tutored my younger siblings throughout lockdown. Typically, lessons would be approximately an hour-long, but these can be easily adjusted based on the student's needs. Teaching is available for a variety of ages. All lessons (online and in-person) are £15 an hour with the first lesson costing £7.50 (first 30 mins free)! Additional travel fees of £5 will occur depending on location
