About Vrishank
I'm a current S6 student who has already completed N5, Higher and Advanced Higher maths a year early. Alongside that, I've won numerous awards at UKMT maths challenges and have taken part in a range of mathematics competitions.
I've personally taught students at all levels, from primary school through to Higher, and I know exactly how to help your child to reach their goals in maths. I listen, explain concepts clearly and concisely, and I value treating your child more as an equal. Rather than just giving them the answer, I encourage them to work through problems themselves first, stepping in to guide them when they need it.

I listen to students to understand precisely where they require help, or take a holistic approach depending on their needs. I aim to give mathematical concepts their real-life applications, making them easier to understand and remember for the exam. Using QS (SQA) past papers, I identify each student's specific areas for improvement and focus sessions accordingly. My lessons are acutely specialised to the QS course specification — I know exactly which marks to hit to secure an A.
I have extensive experience teaching maths from primary to Higher level, in both one-to-one and group settings, with flexible 1–2 hour lessons available online or in-person. Having sat N5, Higher and Advanced Higher maths a year early, and consistently winning gold awards at UKMT challenges while finishing top of my school, I bring first-hand knowledge of what it takes to excel.
