About Zoe
I've always enjoyed English as a subject at school, so much so that I majored in it during my undergrad and postgrad degrees at UCT. Furthermore, I discovered a passion for teaching during university, when I began tutoring undergraduate students. I've got over four years of experience tutoring at university level, which includes assessing and grading the content of essays/papers. Additionally, I also have experience in tutoring high school English. My teaching methods are aimed at helping students develop and hone the skills (critical reading and thinking) that will help them to understand English better. From there, students will begin applying these skills to solving problems in English, such as how to respond to questions in spoken English and how to write full essays.
