About Suhan
As a student who has gone through several tutors, I have come to value organisation and patience over everything and strive to reflect this in my lessons. I consider mathematics to be the art of problem-solving in its purest form, and am driven not just by my passion to explore it but also to share it with others.
To aid in both goals, I am studying Undergraduate Mathematics at University College London (UCL). As for my academic abilities, I have achieved eight grade 9s at GCSE, including 9s in Maths and Further Maths. Further at A-level, my grades were A*A*A*A, with A* grades in Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Alongside this, I received a Distinction at the AEA, a qualification similar to the mathematics STEP exam.

As my teacher used to say, "Maths is not a spectator sport," and many of my lessons involve helping students solve problems step by step, letting them make critical discoveries while prompting them when they get stuck. I make an effort to ensure that all my lessons are pre-planned and that no minute of the student's time is wasted.
