About Simon
I am a third-year undergraduate student at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Over the past few years, my academic focus has been centered around Biology, Microbiology, and Chemistry. Alongside my own studies, I have experience working as a private tutor for high school, middle school, and elementary school students. Some of my hobbies on the side include watching TV shows, skiing, spending time with friends/family, and exploring creative projects.

Hi, I'm Simon! My tutoring approach is highly interactive and focused on breaking down complex scientific and/or mathematical concepts into manageable steps. A typical lesson begins with a quick review of core concepts, followed by working through specific problem sets or homework assignments together. I work with students from elementary school to high school and strive to create a supportive learning environment to build their understanding!
