About Tanzim
I picked Biomedical science as oppose to other sciences as I like how you can go into different pathways after you graduate.
I personally would like to explore the medical and healthcare pathway when I finish! I really enjoy learning about anatomy and disease and looking at therapeutics when treating disease.
I’m learning a lot along the way and my aim for students is to be in a position where they can ask questions and seek help confidently in the sessions and this can be reflective of their attitude to learning at school as well!
I want to support students as much as possible whilst sharing tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way. I experienced GCSEs and A-Levels not too long ago, therefore I can be a relatable person to talk to who understands your worries and can advise you on them as I probably had the same worries.

I prep lessons beforehand using reliable and accurate sources which are specific to the exam board for that pupil. This ensures accuracy in what I am teaching.
As I refer to exam materials, specifications, and online resources when prepping lesson content, I always cater my sessions around the students' needs, strengths and weaknesses. This builds a good rapport and relationship with the pupil and there is that openness to discuss what they have been struggling with and prevents shyness when asking for help. I have also tutored family members with areas that they were struggling with, in a similar manner.
I make effort to write up notes after the session as this allows me to keep track of their progress. I am always as punctual as I can be and I try to collect feedback from the student to see how I can improve and whether the sessions meet their expectations, with this, I can develop my tutoring skills and the quality of the sessions.
My lessons are for young people and each lesson typically lasts 1 hour.
