About George
I am a heritage professional with years of experience working in museums and art galleries, and I have a true passion for history, specialising in the ancient Mediterranean and in Italian Renaissance art.
Alongside taking a great deal of enjoyment from continuing to learn about all manner of historical periods and disciplines for my own growth, I also love sharing this enthusiasm with others.
I am very happy to teach and learn with those who are interested in their subjects, and I aim to help people develop the tools to approach their own interests and studies with confidence.
With degrees in Classics and History of Art, I have experience in academia and writing, having written my own articles and provided editing and research support to published historians.
I am equally happy to assist the practicalities of writing history-focused papers or looking at bigger picture approaches to your topics.
