Chloe and I worked together for years, first in a tutoring program and then later in a program called young writers. Chloe is a hands on tutor and adaptable. She can create lessons for her student and is also just as happy to go with the flow and have a student lead lesson. Her answer keys are some of the best I have ever seen, she always lays things out in a logical manner, going over pervious learned material instead of just assuming students remember. I would recommend her for anyone that may be lacking pass knowledge but wants to keep moving forward rather than back track in their learning.
