About Ellie
My name is Ellie Cosgrove and I am currently studying Primary Education at the University of Brighton, in my second year.
I have achieved 3 A levels; Communication and culture C, Sociology C and English combined B and an AS Level in philosophy and ethics. I have also got 10 Gcses A-C grades and 2 BTEC qualifications.
I have lots of experience working with children, especially Primary age, however I have also volunteered as a young scout leader which means I have experience with secondary aged children. I feel that because I am training to be a teacher I would be an ideal tutor for children of any age. I also have younger siblings whom I have helped with homework and other things since I was younger.
I sat the 11 plus when I was younger and also an entrance test for the school I ended up going to. I also went to a sixth form then a college, which means that I think I would be able to help children with making choices that are right for them.
