About Juliet
I am an incoming Physical Natural Sciences undergraduate at the University of Cambridge.. I recently completed my A Levels and achieved 5A* in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Design Technology and EPQ. I am able to teach students aged between 7-18 (including for 11+, 16+, pre-GCSE, GCSE and A Level) in all the above subjects.
At school, I had experience teaching younger students as well as those around my age. Deeply enjoying the rewarding nature of teaching, I decided to explore tutoring as a way of helping more students to achieve their dreams. I believe that a student is not only defined by a grade that they achieve in an exam at the end of each phase of education, but also by the challenges they experience in learning and retaining knowledge.

As a tutor, I encourage active methods of understanding, revising and testing on topic material, and I am a firm believer in long-term learning as a result of repetitive active recall.
Each of my lessons will be 1 hour long, and will cover around 35 minutes of learning, 20 minutes of questions/testing and 5 minutes of review. This will ensure that everyone can learn a sufficient amount and can also recall and remember this material onwards from this session.
