About Humaira
Hi, I am Humaira. I'm currently an aerospace engineering student studying at Queen Mary University. My current field of study is a great choice for me as I'm a passionate mathematician and physicist. I would like to pass on my passion and knowledge for maths and sciences to students and help them become the best they can. Achieving 7s and 8s in Maths, Chemistry, Biology and Physics for GCSE, I have a good knowledge on how the syllabus works and the exam techniques needed to tackle difficult questions. Being a tutor in the past helped me understand how to tailor sessions according to individual students, this helps them learn more quickly and efficiently. I'm friendly, patient and approachable so students studying in KS3 will also feel comfortable around me. I will try my best to encourage students to do their best and achieve the goals they have set, even if it means setting them extra piece of work to do at home after the sessions. Humaira offers great help when it comes to academic studies. She offered to help me during my studies in Physics and was able to help me understand complex problems and concepts. Her determination in improving my grades and her patience exceeded that of many other tutors and so I was incredibly grateful for the help she provided. She also provided help with other subjects where there was overlap with Physics, i.e. Maths and Chemistry.
