About Vicki
I graduated from a Magnet high school as an AP scholar, Gifted and Talented student, and with multiple honors awards. I am currently a freshman at Auburn University, where I am studying Public Relations and am part of the Honors College. Math and science were always my favorite subjects in High School and I feel as though I fully understand the courses I took (they have never come as naturally to me as other subjects, so in order to do well, I had to invest in a deeper understanding of the topics). I took Algebra I, Geometry I, Algebra II, Precal, and Calculus I in high school- receiving A’s in all of those courses. I also excelled in both Chem I and AP Chem, passing the AP Chem test with a 3 (I feel as though I will be adequately equipped to tutor Chemistry I and Chemistry II only to a certain extent). I feel as though my success in high school has prepared my well for tutoring- I would be willing to look at almost any subject for tutoring!

. I frequently have peer-tutored my friends and have always been complimented as a great teacher! Communication is one of my greatest strengths, so I believe in not just teaching and reviewing content, but explaining and making sure students learn and understand whatever they are reviewing! I believe in meeting a student where they are at- whether this means complete review of a topic or just an explanation of one part- I am up for it all! I am able to help complete assignments or provide additional material for extra practice!
