About Amanda
Outside of teaching, I enjoy hiking, reading, paddleboarding, and going on road trips with my daughter. Some of my personal interests include mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and personal growth which also influence my teaching style. I incorporate mindful breathing, whole body responses, brain breaks, and encourage learning from mistakes in my classes as I believe we are all life-long learners. I am excited to get to know your family and help your child reach their full potential as a learner!

Through gamification, creating an interactive classroom environment, and giving learners choice, I strive to foster a love for learning in my students.
