About Tshepang
I’m Tshepang a physical theater performer, creative, and self-taught contortionist with an Honors degree in Performing Arts, currently completing my Master’s. A few years ago, I fell ill, and in my healing, I discovered the body’s ability to speak, to remember, and to restore. Physical theater didn’t just bring me back to health it brought me back to myself. That’s why I teach: to help others discover the strength, grace, and truth that already lives within their bodies. My classes are about more than movement they’re about learning to listen, to trust, and to express through your physicality. Every stretch, every breath, every gesture becomes a story your story.

I combine the discipline of physical theatre with the artistry of self-taught contortion, helping you discover strength, flexibility, and freedom through your body. Each session is an invitation to explore who you are to move, breathe, and express with honesty and confidence. Whether you’re an aspiring performer, a mover seeking creative expression, or simply someone wanting to reconnect with their body, my lessons offer a space to transform movement into meaning.
