About Cindy
With experience teaching yoga and sound healing across studios, gyms, and corporate wellness programs, I bring a well-rounded, professional approach to every class I lead. At numerous studios, I've developed personalized lesson plans and helped launch a community outreach program that helped students keep a consistent practice in yoga. My teaching spans beginner-friendly Vinyasa and Yin Restorative flow to sound healing and guided meditation, and I've facilitated 50+ wellness events for individuals, families, and corporate teams. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, I'm committed to creating a safe, structured space where you feel supported, capable, and confident.

My approach blends alignment-based flow with trauma-informed, breath-led practice, drawing on ancestral movement wisdom passed down through generations of women. Each class opens with breathwork, moves into mindful asana suited to every body and level, and closes with guided stillness or Yoga Nidra. I focus on helping students reconnect with their bodies rather than chase 'perfect' poses — making these lessons ideal for beginners, women healing from body image struggles or anxiety, and anyone seeking a more soulful, restorative practice.
