About Jesca
I’m Jesca, transformation coach, former corporate leader, Welsh girl turned Perth local, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to rebuild your life from the ground up.
I help people navigate their own big chapters; migration, career shifts, identity changes, or that quiet knowing that something needs to evolve. My coaching blends psychology informed tools, mindset and behavioral change, somatic grounding, and warm, cheeky honesty that makes the inner work feel human and doable.
I’m professionally trained and certified through EMCC and ICF, a Chartered Manager with CMI, and DISC certified but more importantly, I’m someone who walks the path alongside you, not above you.
