About Jessica

I’m Jessica — a coach and yoga teacher dedicated to helping people come home to themselves. Through yoga, breathwork, and reflective practices, I guide my clients to reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and the quiet wisdom beneath the noise.

In a world that constantly pulls us outward, my work supports the mastery of softening inward: releasing old patterns, letting go of limiting beliefs, and choosing presence over distraction.

Every session is an invitation to return to stillness, gain clarity, and make conscious choices that align with your true self. My approach blends practical guidance with embodied awareness, helping you navigate life with more confidence, balance, and ease.

I’m a coach with experience supporting people to improve their wellbeing, set meaningful goals, and create the habits and mindset that lead to real, lasting change.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on:

Balancing your life and wellbeing – finding routines and strategies that make daily life feel manageable and fulfilling.

Setting and achieving goals – clarifying what matters most to you and building a clear path to reach it.

Boosting confidence and motivation – overcoming doubts, staying on track, and feeling empowered to take action.

I believe in the power of the mind and that unresolved feelings from childhood often lie at the root of struggles with success, joy, or the ability to commit to and manifest your life’s vision.

Limiting beliefs can make it difficult to thrive. My combined counselling and coaching approach is designed to help you process the past and take meaningful steps toward the future you desire.

My sessions are for you if you feel you are not living the life you want, or if you feel you are not reaching your full potential.

I am here to hold you accountable, help you stay on track, and support you in turning your dreams into reality.

In our sessions, I will listen deeply, guide you to explore and analyse your inner world, help you gain clarity, and support you in taking actionable steps toward a new vision for your life. My goal is to help you recondition your psychology so that your mind works for you, not against you.

Session structure (50 minutes):

0–5 mins: Opening with a grounding meditation or breathing exercise to centre yourself.

5–20 mins: Counselling work — exploring blocks, unresolved feelings, and childhood experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space using open questions and reflective dialogue.

20–35 mins: Coaching methodology — clarifying your vision and identifying the steps needed to bring it into reality.

35–40 mins: Action planning — agreeing on one key step to move forward, with accountability. Any incomplete actions are examined to uncover subconscious blocks or limiting beliefs.

40–45 mins: Reflection and integration — processing insights from the session.

45–50 mins: Closing visualisation — anchoring your intentions and reinforcing a forward-moving mindset.

Our work is personal, practical, and interactive. I’ll guide you step-by-step, using exercises, reflections, and strategies tailored to your life and goals. You’ll leave each session feeling inspired, focused, and ready to make positive changes.
