About Saqif
I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at the University of South Florida (USF), but my passion for fitness has always been a central part of my life. While my academic work involves a lot of research and sitting, I’ve consistently prioritized fitness as an essential aspect of self-improvement. Over the years, I’ve trained regularly to improve my own strength, health, and performance— and I’ve learned that a balanced lifestyle is key to maintaining both physical and mental well-being. As I interact with fellow students, many of them in their late 20s and beyond, I’m frequently asked about diet and workout plans.
