About Saurav
Master's student studying Applied Exercise Physiology wanting to spread the knowledge gained and share the benefits of exercise and fitness. I believe that exercise is the panacea that this world needs to help people gain some freedom from the exponential rise in chronic health illnesses like diabetes, cancer, obesity and a hoard of other physical and mental diseases.

Needs analysis for setting up of training with respect to goals and development of a personalised program to meet those goals. Session length depending upon the needs. (More or less an hour generally). Experience teaching beginners movements, form and techniques with respect to calisthenics and basic strength development. Teaching all age groups who want to get into exercise and fitness!

Perfect! I would definitely recommend Saurav as a personal trainer. He was able to assess my ability quickly and build a training schedule tailored to my individual needs. My training sessions with him were enjoyable as well as challenging and he is very encouraging. When I sustained an unrelated injury, he was able to adjust my training needs which helped to facilitate my recovery. I can see my progress over just a few months which is motivating!
