Endgame principles are introduced gradually, focusing on opposition, king activity, pawn promotion, and essential mating patterns. I break complex positions into manageable, understandable chunks to ensure clarity. Reviewing students’ games is a critical part of my methodology, turning mistakes into learning opportunities. Lessons incorporate puzzles, interactive exercises, and guided analysis of master and student games. Students strengthen calculation skills, pattern recognition, and positional awareness.
