About Nicole
I am a certified Yoga instructor with specialization in Restorative, Yin, Chair, Vinyasa, and Hatha styles of yoga. Additionally, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, as well as certification in Massage Therapy, NAET, and nutrition. I am a certified reiki master have experience working with clients of all ages and ability levels. I am passionate about tailoring sessions to fit my students' needs so that its benefits are accessible to all!

My teaching approach is based in the goal of bringing the body, mind, and spirit into union, whether that be through more intense, yang-type practices, raising the heat in the body, or in slower, yin--type practices, creating awareness and sensation in stillness. My intention is to help students to increase their self-awareness and support their self-love through guided exploration and practice. It is an honor to share in and support my students' journeys.

Details
Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to half the fee of the lesson. Lesson cost is per student ($25 per additional student). More than 12 miles away, $10 gas/mileage charge. Initial free session is a virtual consult to discus needs, goals, and plans.
